Prep garlic clove, crushed chopped fresh mint green beans, trimmed chopped walnuts Step 1 Combine the tahini, yoghurt, lemon juice, water and garlic in a small bowl until well combined. Stir in the mint. Season with salt and pepper. Step 2 Cook the beans in a large saucepan of salted boiling water for 2 minutes or until bright green and tender crisp. Drain and refresh under cold running water. Step 3 Place the beans on a serving platter. Spoon over the tahini dressing. Top with the walnuts and sprinkle with sumac. source: taste.com.au
