Preparation Method

Prep slices pancetta, chopped finely chopped rosemary toasted pine nuts Step 1 Heat the olive oil in a large frypan over medium-high heat and cook the pancetta and rosemary until crisp. Step 2 Add the butter and 100ml water and, when the butter melts, add the brussels sprouts and chilli and cook for 5 minutes on high heat.
