Preparation Method
Sugars per serve 15g Prep dark chocolate, roughly chopped 2 tbsp pistachio nuts, roughly chopped banana, peeled Step 1 Place the chocolate into a bowl set over a pan of simmering water. Heat gently until melted. Spread 2 tbsp of melted chocolate thinly onto a piece of non-stick baking paper. Sprinkle over the pistachio nuts to cover. Chill. Step 2 Place the banana into a food processor with the vanilla extract, 6 tbsp yogurt and cocoa powder. Drizzle over the remaining melted chocolate and add 2 tbsps boiling water. Blend until smooth and thick. Spoon into individual glasses and chill for at least 2 hours. Step 3 When ready to serve, spoon 1 tbsp of the remaining yogurt over each dessert.
